J&T Express, a global logistics service provider, has expanded its international shipping service, J&T International, from previously covering only 7 countries to more than 60 destination countries across various regions worldwide, including Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, the Americas, and Europe. This expansion responds to the growing public demand for overseas shipping, while also supporting Indonesian MSMEs that are increasingly reaching international markets.

J&T Express’ international shipment volume has continued to grow every year, with an increase of more than twofold in 2025 compared to the previous year. This growth was also followed by rising customer demand for a wider range of destination countries. The service expansion is also in line with the growing trend of cross-border trade, including from the MSME sector, whose export activity increased from 16.9% in 2024 to 19% in 2025, according to data from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia.

Erick, Marketing Director of J&T Express, said that strengthening the international network is a strategic step for the company to meet the needs of an increasingly globally connected market. With more countries now covered by J&T International, J&T Express hopes to become a logistics enabler for individual customers, MSMEs, and business players who need cross-border shipping access.

This expansion enables us to provide broader and more competitive shipping access, while also supporting Indonesian businesses in reaching global market opportunities more easily,” said Erick.

In terms of service, J&T International offers competitive shipping rates to various destination countries, starting from IDR 50,000/kg for shipments to Malaysia, IDR 60,000/kg to Singapore, IDR 370,000/kg to the Netherlands, and IDR 580,000/kg to the United States. In addition to more affordable shipping rates, customs duties are charged based on the actual bill from the relevant authorities, allowing customers to receive a more transparent cost calculation. This service is also supported by direct delivery to the recipient’s address, or door-to-door delivery.

To use J&T International services, customers can visit J&T Drop Points, J&T Collection Points, or J&T Signature Points located across various regions in Indonesia. Customers will also receive assistance in the verification, checking, and completion of international shipping documents.
